Saeed Rahi

President & CEO

Saeed M Rahi is serving as the President and CEO of Bnafsh.

Mr. Rahi is a lawyer by background and received his M.A. in Conflict Transformation in Peacebuilding from Eastern Mennonite University (Fulbright Scholar), Harrisonburg Virginia.

Mr. Rahi Experience

Mr. Rahi has over 18 years of experience working in the United States and overseas.

Mr. Rahi has extensive work experience that includes years of justice reform, policy reform, project management, workforce development, human right, refugee settlement, conflict resolution and peacebuilding.

Mr. Rahi has the experience of working with USAID and its implanting partners.

Mr. Rahi speaks several languages, including Arabic, English, Urdu, Dari/Farsi and Pashto.

Employment Specialist Coordinator

Elsis Arevalo is serving as an Employment Specialist Coordinator of Bnafsh Inc.

Ms. Arevalo is from Prince William County, Virginia and received her bachelor's in social work from George Mason University and is participating in her clinical studies to pursue in receiving her master's in social work.

Ms. Arevalo believes setting goals is the first step into turning the invisible into the visible. Ms. Arevalo speaks Spanish and English.

Employment Service Coordinator

Zakaria Hashimi is serving as Employment Services Coordinator with Banfsh, Inc.

Mr. Hashimi has several years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contract management, vocational services, and strategic communications. Notable achievements include spearheading legal support for business sales, leading corporate governance initiatives, managing vocational services, and advocating for companies' interests in regulatory matters.

Mr. Hashimi obtained his Master of Law Degree from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, Virginia.
