DD (Developmental Disability) Waiver
We provide a range of services under DD waiver services including individual supported employment, group supported employment, workplace assistance services, community coaching, community engagement and benefits counseling.
Individual Supported Employment: We offer specialized services that help individuals with disabilities secure and maintain paid employment through personalized, one-on-one assistance. It includes customized job development, job coaching, skills training, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success in the workplace.
Group Supported Employment: We offer services that help individuals with disabilities work in integrated community settings as part of a small group, typically under the supervision of a job coach.
Workplace Assistance: We provide workplace assistance services to help individuals succeed in maintaining the job by offering personalized support tailored to their needs.
Community Coaching: We provide individualized (one-to-one) or group support to help people develop essential skills, overcome personal and social barriers, and actively participate in community life.
Community Engagement: We provide community engagement services that help individuals to retain or improve skills necessary to build positive social behavior, interpersonal competence and encourage active participation in social, educational, and civic activities.
