What We Bring To You
Ticket To Work (TTW)
We create employment opportunities for Ticketholders, SSI and SSDI consumers to maximize their economic self-sufficiency and financial independence. We provide benefits counseling to Ticketholders to help them make informed choices about work and help them understand the impact of income on their benefits.
Supported Employment Services (SE)
We offer Supported Employment Services to consumers to help them secure full-time or part-time work in a competitive environment that the wage compensation is made in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
We provide Situational Assessment, Job Development, Place and Train, Follow Along, Waiver services. We also offer Customized Employment.
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
We offer Pre-Employment Transition Services to students with disabilities. We help them learn the skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition from high school to employment, post-secondary education or training.
Our Pre-ETS services include, Job Exploration Counseling, Work-based Learning Experience, Counselling on Post-Secondary Education, Workplace Readiness Training and Instruction in Self-advocacy
Training
Our training programs are developed by our subject matter experts and a team of professional to help organizations and individuals improve their competence and skills, in order to achieve their goals. We also offer Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA training. We also offer Work Incentives Seminar Events (WISE).
